During the Masterclass, you will also design your own Action Plan and set your own KPI to Grow your Sales. (KPI = Key Performance indictors)

Depending on your business, you will implement the relevant and most priorities strategy for your business:

• LinkedIn Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Event Marketing
• Referral Marketing

You will leverage Event Marketing (one to many approach) to generate leads and engagement for you and the business

• Get to join a Business Event with Networking to expand your contacts and connections
• Get new leads from the Event
• Promote your Business and Brand in the Event

We will have one Graduation session where you will share the Results you achieve from implementing your Action Plan as well as the problems you faced and how you overcome them

If it is a problem you cannot solve, we will offer you some solutions and ideas to resolve it

We will also share the Next Action Plan you can take to further grow and expand your sales and business

We understand most businesses are already doing some form of Digital Marketing on their own. As such, we do not cover it during the Grow Your Sales Challenge itself and we focus on other Sales and Marketing Strategies to support your digital marketing effort.

However, we will cover the Digital Marketing Training and Sales Skills Training separately and will invite you to these Digital Marketing Workshops targeting specific topics like SEO, Video Marketing, Social Media Marketing etc. There are many many topics that can be covered by different experts and we will invite you to them once you join the Sales Tribes Community (FREE to join)
